I might have done something incorrectly, but it didn't work for me.

I think all you're supposed to do is drag and drop the files into the /bin folder?

Yes, but there was some slow uploads and shuffling around of files, so I'm not sure if everything ended up in the right place.

What update are you talking about? My servers are running fine using the default Valve binaries.
