guys i need plugin / help to control in-game voices ,

i searched but nothing came out to full fill my wish ,

the plugin i need :

managing teams voices, for example :

TR can talk to tr only , but ct can talk to ct and tr as well ! and managing to set full alltalk so tr can talk to ct too !

any help how to manipulate voice system ?
