Just in case any one else comes across this issue I had a perfect install set up however the server would constantly crash and be unusable when the mode was loaded. This was caused because I didn't have an up to date version of tf2. In case people try to google it here are the crash dumps I tried using to find an answer hopefully google will pick them up and lead people here.
