Since I installed SM people can just join and spawn in like a minute into the game and it's quite annoying, is there a way to disable this?
I looked at Sourcemod CFG and stuff but haven't found anything relating to it :/

It never happened until the Sourcemod install, at first it was just a basic Valve server then I later installed SM for the plugins etc and that's when it all happened, to the best of my knowledge there's nothing like a cmd in CS itself that has a predefined respawn timer?
