Some suggestions :

- Cache the value of get_mapname()
- Since you are not sending message to a specific player, you could use directly MSG_BRODCAST and so removing your if/else + for.
[edit] Damn it color doesn't work with that MSG_BROADCAST, anyway, is_user_connected should be useless because message will be not sent if player is not present.

"Partie" is not a common word used for "round". "Round" is perfectly available in french and it avoids the confusion with the real meaning of "partie". About "Carte", it's the same, all players use the word "map" it's more appropriate to use it. ( like kick, ban etc. )

Corrected version of german file. Map is commonly used as an anglicism and "Spielers" is gramatically incorrect.
