Here is Version 0.94

Added CVAR "jp_admin_only" (default is 0).
Changed "jp_active" to default 1 (on).

One more request - How about a voting system for JP?

Example:

amx_votejp

If the vote wins then the JP gets turned on allowing everyone to use it. (buy it)

I cant get this to work proplery exactly where does the files go, I have checked and double checked but to no luck.
