OK, what I want is this plugin but with some changes:

The changes:

1. No walking for CT when timer is counting down.
2. Random chance to get a weapon: Fiveseven(3 bullets) 10% chance, dgl (1 bullet) 15% chance, awp (3 bullets) 5% chanse, 1 HE 15% chance.
3. You can't buy, or in some way get a weapon, apart from the random chance or if somone dies then you can pick it up.
4. Silent steps only for T.
5. Spectator list.
6. No C4.
7. Removing doors, windows, vents etc.

And, plz, save me the unnecessary comments, I know some of the changes you can se on the list ^ already is done in the forums, but I don't have the knowledge or the time to make everything work exact as I want, OK? :-)

It's okay to 'borrow' codes from others, BUT, BUT!
I want all this to be stable, so plz, if u can't code at all, don't contact me (no hard feelings).

And... I want the .sma-file to :-)

im releasing a hns plugin that is used on the jNr servers.

the stuff it wont contain is just a bunch of plugins i integrated and changed to fit my server's needs

it should be out sometime next week
