this is enabled by default, it doesnt stop non admins from votebanning or votekicking admins.

Any chance you could add a version that removes votemap - already have rockthevote which i prefer the use of but want votekick and voteban.

I am useless at coding although i do java at uni.

Since it remembers votes, even after a server change, then it must be remembering the votes to a file of some sort on the server.

If so, what is the file? That way we can always delete that file to restart the votes (even though thats a pain....), or even a command to delete this file, so we can restart the votes

server_i486.so in your tf/bin folder


delete it, and you should be set, then just restart your server or do a map chance and tf2 will recreate the file with a new cache

First, thanks for the plugin! It's a much needed feature, I was suprised when I was told that is wasnt built into sourcemod already

I would like to suggest/request a feature, it would really be great if it popped up a menu with the players names rather than asking for the name to be typed out. Or, perhaps have this as an option in the config file at least

I just moved all my servers over to sourcemod because mani is a dead plugin, but im finding out quickly that some of the very essentials seem to be dead modules around here.. This soucemod REALLY needs a nice publicly accessable votekick and voteban plugin. They shouldnt have to type into the console to use it...

This works fine for my servers, voteban, votekick.

To use this plugin, you DONT type anything in the console. If you've been using sm_votemap or wtvr, then you're using the sourcemod base plugin for votemap. You should be able to type votemap, votekick, voteban in chat.
