Hello guys!

I've searched for this plugin since a long time on Alliedmodders but i couldn't find anything that has support or it's working, this was the old one i was using https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=263225 but it doesn't seems to be working correctly since no one can hear the sound.

I wonder if someone could create a simple jumpscare plugin, with some things fixed from the plugin above, like the @all @ct @t (which doesn't work on the other one) and also to play a sound, high volume if it's possible without the needing of having the music sound enabled.

Its shows an overlay for the selected player but only the admin can use the command
