Most countries have their own popular AMXX website (ok, mine doesn't). They all support non-steam though, so there's no point in sharing them here. In fact, I'm pretty sure AlliedMods is the only site that doesn't support non-steam.

There isn't even any, the only alive forum is Alliedmods, aside from that, the Spanish AM version is mostly dead, there's a French AMXX forum which Connor McLeod and Arkshine used to run but it seems dead too.

now days it's even hard to get support anywhere, either you learn yourself or you have to pay someone to help you out, there are a few active forums that are supporting reHLDS, they have pretty good dev, but there you have to order stuff, which it's pretty cheap with their country money rate!

AMXX is dead that's why, SourceMod scripting will be also dead in a quarter-decade or so, since CS:S is already dead and CS:GO is partly dead, it's only alive because of the on-going tournaments and the European community.

So much nostalgia from 2009-2010 Counter-Strike, when we'd spend the entire night playing Zombie Plague in a server with only the default ZP add-on installed and still considered it fun, nowadays, you put advanced plugins and nobody cares.

That list won't be filled any time soon if it doesn't accept non-steam communities.

i will finish my community website soon and post it there, since my community is on condition zero, and all servers of condition zero on my country are steam only, in my country, cs 1.6 are all non-steam but i intend to stay steam only

non-steam site = when site has non-steam games uploaded ? Cause otherwise it does not make sense.
---------------------------------------------------------
so if we remove those non-steam uploads we will get steam site (Should be over 2-10 items and other would be 100-10000 items (plugins and other...))
