I've been looking on several threads but can't seem to find any solutions that fixes the issue.
I'm trying to upload 2 vtf/vmt files, I've put them inside bz2 files.

sv_downloadurl "http://severation.net/fastdl"

The files are in fastdl/materials/decals/((files))
and I've put the materials in fastdl/materials/((files)) due to I'm unsure where they should go.
File permissions are 777.

Folder structure is wrong. All stuff goes into http://severation.net/fastdl/csgo

.../csgo/sound
.../csgo/models
