Because there isn't a client command built in the game that makes the user send files.

Well, it's documented to take a filepath/name so a url is really just a filepath anyways, it just uses a different protocol than getting a local file, http. You could probably even use the ftp protocol, ftp://www.domain.com/filename.ext, but of course that wouldn't parse php. Sorry for rambling .

Runs fine, until it comes to the pint where it should upload the screenshot.
It switches you to spectator, but you are not dead, you are running around like normal and can be attacked and killed. And it shows errors in the motd window.

You can select the file, but when you hit the send button nothing happens.
