I tried enabling those two and it just restarts the map.

It also now says CHANGELEVEL: Not changing level, mp_match_end_restart is false, mp_match_end_changelevel is true and both of those are set to 1.

Set mp_match_end_restart to 0, if enabled it will restart the map instead of loading a new one..

When I do that, it just does this, (look at first post image). Maybe I have conflicting plugins? all the mapchooser, rockthevote, randomcycle and defaults like that are disabled but I have UMC map chooser too. It doesn't work though.

Having the exact same issue on two of my servers. I'm pretty sure one of the recent updates broke it, as both of my metamod and sm are up to date (stable). The srcds doesnt crash, it just freeze on "Starting freeze period". OS: Windows 2012 server
