Hello friends. [Sorry for my bad english]

The manager will be able to see the players behind the wall. Do you know there is such a plugin?

Well for L4D2 it is possible by "cloning" the player entity.

Usually is created a prop_dynamic_ornament entity with the same model from the player, add glow, attach it to the player, and reproducing the same animation on everyframe. (LMC does that)

Is how they do for L4D1, try to search for some L4D(1) glow plugins e.g. Tank/Witch/Rock

Then you can use set transmit to only allow admins to see this entity.

AFAIK you can't control which player see the vanilla glow ("m_glowColorOverride")
So one workaround is to create an entity with the same model of the player (usually the prop_dynamic_ornament entity is being used for that in the last plugins)
Then is possible to use the "SetTransmit" function from SourceMod to filter which player sees this new entity and then you can make the entity "Transparent" and set the glow.

I don't know if I was clear now, but maybe you should check some "glows" L4D1 plugins on the forum, or even some character models like LMC plugin or other attachments like "Hats" plugin
