All you need is to catch the local copy of stack trace right after a crash happens and before accelerator deletes it. Don't know why accelerator cuts out such important information.
How do I do that, is there any specific folder?

bloodmodii, AFAIR it should be in sourcemods/logs folder. Most likelly it's enough not to start the server automatically after crashes, it deletes stacktraces on startup.
On hlmod there is an accelerator version which doesn't delete stacktrases, it' doesn't use the external server to process stacktraces.
