Lawl, you guys are trying fps_max on a server? Its a client side command. Pneumatic, maybe you should give us some hard ware specs, although I think it wouldn't make a difference. Try closing all the programs running that you could. Then see what the FPS is, should be more stable. But FPS is mostly CPU than RAM.
