virus or not, your OS is corrupted .

you need to save your documents and other data in another partition, to scan them with a good antivirus (maybe avira), and to reinstall your OS or to format your partition as a last resort.

Using a bat file it shutsdown perfectly. I guess ill use that! hehe thanks for all responds
