when i set rocket max bounce 0 ... the rocket instantly destroyed when launches in the floor..

sorry bad English.
Well max bounce 0 means that it wont bounce and follow the default behavior, if a rocket hits the floor and the plugin doesn't do anything about it, it will get destroyed.

so when i disable bounce then nothing will work which means when i disable that silly bouncing i cant play dodgeball , wow perfect.

What do you mean that nothing will work, if the bounce is diabled, the rocket will explode on contact with the floor, you can play dodgeball normally.

Well that what the bounce is for, so it doesn't explode on contact with the floor. What It can either explode or bounce what else would you suggest to do?

Yeah, it must bounce but i dont like the way it bounce in your plugin but thanks for the hard work never mind now im using other plugin

Change "BounceKeepDirection" to "1" to make it bounce the old way.

I can't help you if you can't describe what you want. As I said, play around with these values until you get the desired effect.
