Maybe you need try update your server files again. With -validate parameter
Yep all valve stock maps. Server 2 has custom maps, it also crashes. Resetting user/group ownership didn't help and i've already validated the files

Did you ever figure out what was causing it? I'm on the same OS with same error, and some others have posted about how database may have caused it, and it may be the case with me as I noticed it crashes on map change and it often hangs a lot on map change too.

Here is an example but he has more info on his stacktrace. Mine just spams libc-2.19.so errors with
Code:
6	engine_srv.so!Win32UploadGameStatsBlocking(TGameStatsParameters const&) + 0x2e1
7	engine_srv.so!CAsyncUploaderThread::ThreadProc() + 0x507

Have no idea what these game stats parameters are
