AMX Gag [Req 2010]

INTO: I post this plugin because I think this is a simply gag, without other modules:...

Description: With this plugin, you can gag other people what flood the chat, or swearing; if they disconnect, all people from server will be announced. And he will reconnect or stay on server. If he will reconnect, 'ADMINS' can ban him for some minutes. You can define a time gag limit. For example, amx_gag <name or #userid> 13337, will be imposible. Default is '9' maximum minutes; amx_gag <name or #userid> 8; Not must to type reason, only nick and time.

No no I say admins can ban him if he reconnect, but plugin never ban other players!!!
