amxmodx studio plugin (using mfc)

I’m sorry to post this but I feel like I’ll get one year to find out myself how to do it. And I don't know if it's even possible.
I’m trying to use vc++ 6.0 design stuff to make a dialog box to a plugin for amxxstudio. I can’t make it work, could someone post a project example?

I’m attaching my attempt; the dialog box appears but amxx studio crashes. I’m sure I have done some stupid stuff; I’m getting some warnings in compiler…

Ok, never mind. After some 'twists' I've managed to do it. My old project was entirely crapped...
