Redirect plugin ?

I know with adminmod that we use to use a redirect plugin in caser a server was full. Can this plugin be used with source, or does another one need to be designed. Not too sure the difference between the codes ?

I have 2 other friends that we all run servers, seems like they all take turns being full.... and I mean FULL. It would be nice to dump the traffic off to one of the other servers ?

Can this be done ? And kick ASS on the work you have all done this far !! Thanks for the time and effort !
