Has anyone developed or can any one recommend an existing "player rates checker" plugin for Source.

We are a serious match play clan and occasionly come across players that have 'suspect' rate settings. A plugin that would show player rate settings to rcon admins would be very useful.

Typical rates that would be of interest are :

rate
cl_rate
cl_cmdrate
cl_updaterate
