Hey folks is there is any way to enable in-game mic only for admins.

You could create a plugin that mutes everyone that does not have the "required" admin privileges that you want, which would be the most simple option.

There is no cvar or so that does this for you, so a plugin would be the only way.

An alternative could be something like [ANY] Registered User Voice Enabler, which requires people to "register" to be able to speak.
