I don't know what to do at this point, but, the players cannot join the blue team on my server. It has these configs in the standard config file

As Bacardi told you in his last post in that thread, it's the game mode that is preventing the team change, meaning you will have to modify the Freak Fortress plugin and recompile it to suit your needs. Look for the OnJoinTeam function in freak_fortress_2.sp
