Guys i now downloaded rechecker from this link

But i cant find folder "pub" to put this folder rechecker_api.h
Can some help me, where i can find pub folder?

Who mentioned anything about a "pub" folder? ".h" files are not meant for you. Read the installation instructions and don't worry about any additional files that might be present in the archive.
