I know that there is some VIP plugins but I'd like to edit those VIP abilities and privileges(accesses etc.) so here are my needs for the plugin.
(original VIP plugin http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=679629)

Each round vips could select an ability by typing /vipmenu(or maybe make it appear automatically?).
And VIPs could see their time left on vip with /vipleft , /viptime or something like that.
(That includes a command for admin to select the vip's time left [15-30 Days])
like amx_addvip <nick/ip> <vip time (length)> [it should generate the password itself (if possible ofcourse)]
also amx_removevip

and an .ini file in format: (maybe add accesses aswell)
<nick/ip> <password> <the time that the vip has purchased/or on what date it ends> <the date he/she bought vip>

[dates could be in format dd.mm.yyyy (day.month.year)]

ROUND ABILITIES:

• Invisibility (50%-75% something)
• Infinite Ammo(with clipping)
• Silentrun
• <maybe suggest some other abilities?>

ALL-TIME ABILITIES:

• Multijump (2x air jump)
• Bhop - not needed anymore
• 2x Hp, Free Armor
• Different Skin
• Access to /vipmenu
• Access to /vipleft or /viptime
• Access Flags : b, c, e, i, j (maybe custom flags?)

Client commands:

• /vips - to see vips online
• /vip - useless command
• /viphelp - shows a MOTD about buying a vip

Cvars should be the same as the original VIP plugin by minimiller.
You could start making of this by changing the original plugin.
(I know I could but I am bad at scripting)

I would be very thankful for the plugin.

what about green chat(admin chat), connect sound, VIP in scoreboard? As for me, skins is not a good idea. i used different skins on my server and it's sucks! round abilities very good idea really also i think a command /vip is really useless. better to have /vip for showing abilities and MOTD about buying a vip! Multijump (2x air jump) and
Bhop -> not cool for those who is not a VIP so then your server will consist of only VIP players because it isn't fairly for simple player. i guess better will be:all time abilities: 1he 1flash no smoke (trust me), admin chat, VIP in scoreboard, access some flags of course, free armor, etc. I have something, may be it will help here. And sorry man if i didn't help you.

and yeah, I forgot about the chat stuff but those plugins didn't fill my request -
I still need the "base plugin" (abilities,accesses) and it would be nice if someone could join those plugins into one (if possible ofcourse).

Yeah, I agree about the bhop but multijump is needed for my server. (Can't do without )
