I guess I'll make a quick port of this to amx 0.9.9 once I find a sound to add, since no one has had problem or requested something different...

Re-coded to work with all 3 amx(x) versions (or is it 4 now with 1.0? or does that even matter? )

+Added code so it does not need Xtrafun functions for AMX 9.9 and AMXx 0.20/1.0.

but it also makes them go everywhere like swirling in the sky
and once u grab them...their dead
