maybe iam blind ?
Where is the option to swap a player in to the other Team?
One of the most important thing for a adminplugin i think.

also the option to set a next map, Wich override any vote.....

is there something like that ?

The map plugins are being completely redone for the 1.1.0 release of SourceMod and will include a bunch of feature requests.

There's a 3rd party plugin with sm_team, search Approved Plugins

For nextmap, try sm_setnextmap
