Silently failing means that there's no error to report, hence no error logs. Maybe i should've told you that debugging logs are logged into the normal sourcemod logs.

So what to do now if I don’t have any error in the Sourcemod logs folder?

You check the general sourcemod/logs/L*.log files for debugging messages after you enabled them. You can also add me on steam if you want, might be faster to communicate there.

no matter what i try alot of reports are just lost or not everyone is gettin them even tho the bot account is not limited!
any fix for that anytime soon?

The login details are correct, I can login into steam.
I still got this problem, I changed my hoster 3th time also I tried changing my os (first debian then ubuntu), also used a internal database on the local machine and a remote database.

Also I got this problem with my ts3 module

The TeamSpeak 3 error has been fixed by updating the TeamSpeak 3 library. The old version was incompatible with newer php versions. The "mysql" error was caused by an invalid databases.cfg entry which caused CallAdmin to fall back to the "default" databases entry which was using sqlite instead of mysql. The fallback behavior has been clarified in the mysql module's documentation and a check for the mysql driver was added.

Bit of a feature request, I hope it's ok to post this here rather than making a github issue (I can make one if you'd prefer):

In its current state, if a player is reported, and sm_calladmin_reporttime is set to anything above 0, the user is entirely removed from the list. Players often find this confusing and keep looking through the list, and sometimes even end up reporting someone else because they dont see their intended target, defeating the purpose of the above cvar. Can this behavior be either changed, or a cvar added to give the option of making the reported player still show up in the call admin list, but greyed out with a note that they were recently reported? Ex: 1. Player XYZ (Recently Reported)
