Uploaded. Added databse support a well.

Fixed some samlla problems. Added a new cvar :

sm_use_database "1"
Set if the plugin should save request in database or in a text file. Take effect only on map restart !

Doesn't work for me, changed database to 0, no .txt file is created (yes i changed the map) and server spams weird lines of errors

Full !request Command !request (message of actual player)
Example i type !request f
Full !request Command !request f

and after that whatever the player writes in chat, it treats it as a request command and spams those messages 4-3 times, each time the guy writes something.
