who have this issue in server cs go with vps ovh

all players can join my server with this bug i using extension fix lobby and all time not fixed
this error in ovh
me i have server from verygames he using ovh vps i contact support verygames and he say me all time no bug your server is not issue and all time me and all players can't join my server
please help to fixed this or any helper here know admin verygames or ovh
