Is there a simple way (better than replacing the english translation files with my selected language's and deleting everything else) to force a specific plugin message language on every user, disregarding their location/system language/etc?

1. Set ServerLang to the desired language.

2. Disable AllowClLanguageVar

Oh...I remembered having that option (2nd link) in core settings, but I couldn't find it yesterday.
Turns out I was right, I'm just slowly going blind. lol
