Im not sure, but i think SM Hosties mute prisoners for some seconds, about MyJailbreak i have not checked it.

Yes, Hosties has ConVars (sm_hosties_mute) but there is no option for a perpetual mute like in this plugin. The default is only for the first 30 seconds of each round.

If Hosties is running then you'd want to make sure sm_hosties_mute is 0 or Hosties will unmute the players.

But I don't think that plugin works with CS:GO because of some new convars. Maybe Vaggelis could use some of that to make it work on CS:GO.
