Use command if players are in steam group

hi

I want to restrict some commands players who in a steam group.
I found this plugin: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=145767. It's working, but if a write the command in admin_overrides.cfg it says "[SM] You don't have access to this command". I want this "Join our steam group". How can i modify the text?
