How to get pseudo code from binary files

One time a person on Alliedmods sent me the pseudo code for L4D2 which shows how every single function and SDK function works. How to generate one for CSGO? If you can generate in advance ( I think it'll require a program ) then it'll be better.

Also I can't recall how he sent the file since it's too big to be attached to alliedmods.

The file was around 1.5 million lines by the way.

You could archive the file and put on google docs.
