I want no one admin can able to change any settings, so I need to put admin prefix menu in cmdaccess.ini and also need to set recon flag... but what is the proper name of admin prefix menu ??

example:-

Just set this CVAR to 0

I did but I want when any admin will go in "plugin cvars" menu then the admin prefix will be transparent that mean like recon flag, no one admin will able to edit.

and I did ap_custom 0 in cvars. but how I will check it that it's transparent for other admins ???
