After trying my hand at plugins for the past couple years I’ve come to the realization that I suck at C++. Where can I hire some of these expert developers to create a Metamod plugin for me? I need a CSS/CSGO plugin that connects to a web service and changes a players skin depending on the result.

Why don't you do this as a SM plugin? Should be very possible and I think there's someone make it for free if you request it in the right forum.

I have some outside requirements like COM Interop and some assemblies I need access to that I think we be more complex if I went the SM route. What I’m really looking for is an MM plugin, I have experience in this and would have a better chance maintaining the plugin after it’s developed. Would I be able to leverage COM Interop and WSO2 from within SM?

So I have no need for COM Interop. From my plugin I would like to call a DLL that will connect to a web service. It's probably more like a CS16 plugin $200, and a CSS/CSGO plugin $300. That's $500 for 2 plugins, any takers? PM me. Please let me know if this is not the right place for this sort of thing.
