3D.Rank System (per/map) 0.1

• Description : this plugin will show the rank's above the player's.
number of 3d rank's is 10, +2 optional tag's. the rank will be calculated on player's score updating. all of the ranks will be restarted on new map (new score's).

• Credit's : 3d rank's model by payampap.
