plugin saying if you are T or CT when round begins

Hi,
where can I find a plugin that reminds you that you are T or CT when a round begins ?
I have searched everywhere but could not find it. too bad I saw it on the net a few weeks ago but didn't dl it and can't remember where it was.

already done, made a search on everything related to "who is", "CT", "terro" etc.
someone sent me a link to "teamalert" which is exactly what I was looking for.
