The latest version of this extension crashes the server.

The crash is due to the gamedata auto-updater code in the extension.

You could try my fork of it, which disables the autoupdater by default: https://github.com/VoiDeD/sourcemod-sendproxy-manager

There are no builds, though, so you'll need to ask around for help regarding that.
