I would use HookEvent("round_start") if it was CS:GO, if it is CSGO related remember that the round_start is called after warmup is concluded

in fact, if the player connected during a round, he have to wait several minute before to have the welcome message. Plus, if there is multiple player who connected in this time, music will not play for everyone :s

So you don't want a sound at start of 1st round you want a sound to play when someone connects?
