Loop programs

Hi,

Just wonder if anyone know any program to
edit .wav files and loop them like waterrun so it plays forever with no stop.

Thank you very much Juba_PornBorn and Pro Patria Finland.
Tried with Goldwave and for the tutorial he posted in FPS Banana
and it worked first time.

Already tried with Google, but to much results
so I just pick some links and download some programs,
but appear it couldn't loop.
Tried with
Loop Horse, Loop Recorder, Audio Tools, Looper...

So it's because I asked since they couldn't loop.
