hmm, the idea is that you have a constant key-value pair (STEAM_ID; Nick), that's why it is called constant names.

feel free to use the code as a template for a new plugin with menu and cvar.

sorry i don't like to make the names variable in any way, i wrote it to have constant names.

can you edit this to write to file automatically when the user enters the server forcing the name they entered with to be used when they return to server. i have used suicides pllugin one name but its glitchy and i dont think he is supporting that plugin anymore since he hasnt said anything about it for 6 months now. would be appreciated if this could happen.

I'm sorry, but could the modmaker make an update, where names would be saved NOT through SteamID, but through IP address?

I am having a problem using this on my DOD server...

It runs but doesn't change the names.

Players can spam there namechange until server crashes, might want to add if a player trys to change there name three times they will be kicked

Currently running the plugin on 6 popular 32 man servers and its working great!

I think this is a stellar idea, I'd love to have the ability to assign with either Steam ID or IP address.

STEAM_ID = fix
IP = not (always) fix
So it is a stupid idea to save by IP.
I highly doubt that this will be added.
