Did you make sure the signatures are the same for all mods? I don't think they are, can you please verify.

I used the my selfmodified signatures with my capture the flag cs1.6 server it works fine and i tested it multiple times.(Note: I dont know about other mods becz i am noob)...I am sure the above attachment signatures works with cs1.6 + ctf(compiled locally)+steamcmd latest update......

After uploading your attachments in my server ,my server gets crashed i just tried by changing all values it works fine.Its just a blind try...

I have been still using my signature package and it works fine for me. The reason why I asked about verification is because every mod has its own dll/so/dylib library file, which means they can have different signatures for same function. You used the cs value on all other mods as well, which will work on cs 1.6, but can cause trouble on other mods.
