[The Great Weegee]

This is a request for my incoming boss on server update, but I actually don't know SourcePawn even on some basic levels, can anyone help me?

I wanted to make a plugin which freeze player on hit by boss and freeze block (which contains player) will be based on rage_meteor_shower from sarysa's plugin, and if hale will hit player again when he is freezed, player will take damage.
