coop? I didn't test with more than one tank at once but the variables and checks are client-specific, should work.

EDIT:
I did a test right now and it worked fine with multiple tanks.
Try spawning multiple of them at once and burning them with a molotov.
I didn't test with other ignition factors btw, only with molotov.

g_hCvar_Interval doesn't work because you set timer by default:
