I have installed amx modx and I want to know what is the command line of the mod to add it to the server that it comes automatically install amx modx on the server

You can't install it like this. You have to add it to metamod. Metamod itself, before you ask, can also not be installed like that. This command only works for HL itself. All addons have their own install methods. Read the link fysiks posted for you.
