I followed this tutorial but I noticed that even though it work on Listen Server, It won't work on Deliciated Server since the weapon_<name>.txt files would be downloaded into cstrike_download/sprites folder instead of cstrike/sprites
So it shown as a yellow square (for ammo for example)
Does anyone know to fix this issue?

That's how it is working, any downloaded files will go to cstrike_download folder.
But that won't stop any custom weapon from working, because you are pushing it in WeaponList when your custom weapon is deployed.

Works just fine for me. I'm not using custom sprite files though.

cstrike_addon, cstrike_download, and cstrike all represent the same folder. When the game needs a file it searches all three of them for the file. Files that are downloaded (either from the server directly for fast download) are placed only in cstrike_download. Files in cstrike_addon (when enabled) override files that have the same path/name in the other folders.

This is the same for all Half-Life mods e.g. Day of Defeat (when is the "dod" folder instead of "cstrike").
