I tried searching around the plugin database but could not find what I was looking for.
What I am looking for is a way to have a sound file replace the "Administrator" sounds in TF2.
For example, instead of "you fail" I want to replace that sound the players here, have it be hosted on the server and sent to them as they log in. Thereby, when they play on this specific server -that is what they hear if they lose/win/etc.
Is this possible? Does this already exist somewhere?
